Together with ArtefactoryLab, OLGGA Architects has made this creative video as a presentation for a competition for a social housing Project in Caen, France. The mixed-use building includes 100 units of accessible housing, as well as commercial and public spaces on the ground floor. The residential units are piled to six levels, maximizing the potential of the site while remaining sensitive to the surrounding urban context. Staggered terraces provide private exterior spaces for each unit while at the same time providing natural light and optimal ventilation.
